Want To Be Diffr3nt? Try Out This Eco-Friendly Canvas iPhone Case

And the winner of this week’s “Confusing And Overcomplicated Branding” award is… (drumroll, please!) The diffr3nt|slim case!

Unfortunate name aside, the diffr3nt case for iPhone is made of canvas and assembled right here in the U.S. of A. In Connecticut, to be exact.

According to the company’s marketing materials, “diffr3nt is the Connecticut-based case company that’s quickly becoming a symbol for the work hard, play hard demographic.”

Not sure if that’s true, but the canvas case is a different take on the usually plastic, metal, and/or leather cases all over the place. Plus, using a diffr3nt case is more environmentally friendly than having some plastic protector shipped from a manufacturing plant in China.

The diffr3nt case, which could at the very least use an extra “e”, also comes with a pocket for credit cards and cash, creating a wallet/phone case hybrid.

The company also makes iPad cases, wallets, and a special Fairfield-edition iPhone case, all out of Canvas.

The slim case comes in five different colors and costs $44.99.
